Federation of Indian Fantasy Sports (FIFS), earlier known as Indian Federation of Sports Gaming, is hosting the 3rd edition of their Fantasy sports conference at theLe Meridien Hotel in New D🐼elhi.
Gameplan 2✱020 is expected to be attended by 250+ senior industry delegates, including operators like Dream11, MyTeam11, and My11Circle. Other attendees at the event will include representatives of sports leagues, tech firms, financial institutes and media and entertainment firms. FIFS has announced that NITI Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant, will be the keynote speaker and chief guest at the event.
At the event, FIFS will launch a report in association with KPMG on the ‘Business of Fantasy Sports’ industry in India. Last year, at GamePlan 2019, a report ♎named ‘Evolving Landscape of Sports Gaming in 🐻India’ was launched, and in at GamePlan 2018, ‘The Laws Relating t𝄹o Fantasy Sports Games in India’ report was launched.
The event organisers have also announced that they would be presenting the inaugural edition of the FIFS Awards that will recognise excellent work done in the fantasy sports inཧdustry as a debutant, in product innovation, in marketing campaigns, and in business.
Besides Kant, Gameplan will host speakers including Nari Gopala, Worldwide Technical Leader- Games, AWS, Navdeep Manaktala, Director & Head- Digital Native- AWS, Harsh Jain, Co-founder & CEO, Dream Sports, Sanjit Sihag – Co-founder & COO, MyTeam11, Amrit Mathur, FIFS Advisor and Former Executive Director with Commonwealth Games, Delhi and Ex-Chief Operating Officer, Delhi Daredevils, and and Former Director-General of Police༺ of Maharashtra.
There will be two panel discussions at the event—Growth Partners at Scale – How FS growth is getting fuelled by supporting businesses, and Fuelling Entrepreneurship & Creating Influencers – How FS is creating a new economy around it🅘self.
As per FIFS, GamePlan 2019, which was c💜onducted in Mumbai, hosted 10+ speakers and 250+ delegates across industries like application developers, intℱernet companies, animation companies, technology providers, game developers, online sports gaming operators, financial institutions, payment gateway companies, consulting firms, media agencies, sports leagues, and legal advisory firms.
