JetSunthesys has bought mobile gaming company Nautilus Mobile in an acquisition that gives the former the position of one of the biggest skill-based cricket gaming franchises globally, claiming over 1ℱ00 million downloads and over 1 Crore in monthly active users.
In an exclusive report at , Rajan Navani, vice-chairman and managing director of JetSynthesys said: "The acquisition of Nautilus Mobile expands our community further and solidifies our position at the 𒈔forefront of skill-based cricket gaming across the world", while declining to share figures on the deal.
Prominent backers of Jetsynthesys include Kris Gopalakrishnan, the family office of Adar Poonawalla, the Navani family-owned Jetline Group, Thermax, Triveni Group, and the DSP Group. These shar♎eholders reportedly gave extra funding to the company worth Rs. 300 Crores in July of this year.
JetSynthesys, boasts an exclusive joint venture with cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, creating mobile gameꩵ Sachin Saga Cricket Champions, and 100MB, a first-of-its-kind digital social community that brings Sachin fans together on a co🥂mmon platform.
The company's gaming arm is also responsible for titles like Being Salman 🤪and Super Ludo and has publishing partnerships with Hollywood film Passengers and Floyd May𓄧weather.
JetSynthesys co-founded Indian e-sports company Nodwin Gaming. Nodwin has successfully grown to abou🍸t Rs 100 Cores in revenue in just four years.
This is the latest big investment in the Indian gaming space. In September, Dream11 parent company Dream Sports secured US$225 million in funding, WinZo raised around US$1.4 million from investors, and RummyBaazi completed ☂a funding round to secure US$3 million.
