Filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) show ܫthe onlin✅e gaming company is issuing 6,18,660 Series B Cumulative Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) at a face value of Rs. 20 per share.
In addition, premium shares worth Rs. 1,8🀅84.49 are also being issued. Both share options are being taken up by a range of domestic and international investors, including Kalaari Capital Partners - who have a long history of funding gaming start-ups - and IndigoEdge Management Consultancy.
Last year, Kalaari Capital, with messaging platform Hike, was one of the lead investors in WinZO's Series A funding round worth US$5 million.
